Time flies when you're having fun... The second week has passed, which I spent travelling through country #2, Cambodia.
I started out in the capital Phnom Penh, which was quite a change from Bangkok. Cambodia is obviously a much less developed country than Thailand is. I rented a bicycle and mixed in with the city's busy traffic, which was a lot of fun.
After PP I went to Siem Reap, the town near Angkor Wat, to visit Angkor Wat obviously. In fact, Angkor Wat is just one of the many Angkor temples, and I spent a whole day, starting before sunrise to check 'm out.
When I got enough of all the temples I headed to Sihanoukville, a beach town on the southern coast, to relax for a few days. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as beachy as I had hoped, but I took a swim in the sea in the pooring rain anyway.
Again back to PP and on towards Stung Treng, to cross the border with Laos from there to start my third week.
